Surabaya || Mmcnews – 01 September 2023. In line with the Cooperation that has been realized in the Signing of the Cooperation Agreement between PLN and the Land Office in the East Java and Bali Region, PLN through its unit PLN East Java and Bali Development Main Unit (PLN UIP JBTB) is strengthening synergy with Lamongan Land Office.
The manifestation of synergy was realized through 5 land certificates from the Lamongan-Paciran 150 kV SUTT land to PLN UIP JBTB on August 30 2023. The issuance of certificates which have been given periodically is proof of the commitment of PLN and BPN regarding efforts to accelerate the security of state assets.
Currently, PLN and the Lamongan Land Office are pursuing certification work which is currently in progress, namely regarding the SUTT 150 kV Lamongan – Paciran line, SUTT 150 kV Jatigedong – Ngimbang, SUTT 150 kV Ngimbang-Babat-Mliwang. Of the total 142 tower sites, 106 certificates have been completed with 23 Minutes of PLN Land Assets Entering Forest Areas and a situation map of PLN asset land plots located in the Perhutani Area.
Present at the event were the Head of the Lamongan Regency Land Office Mr. Nursuliantoro, SP, MH, Senior Manager of Licensing, Land and Communications Mr. Eko Rahmiko, UPP JBTB 2 Manager Mr. David Eko Prasetyo along with related staff from PLN UIP JBTB and the Lamongan Regency Land Office.
Head of the Lamongan Regency Land Office, Nursuliantoro, SP, MH said that the follow-up to the MoU between PLN and BPN to safeguard BUMN assets was the issuance of a certificate. Nursuliantoro explained that BPN always strives to speed up the process of certifying PLN’s land assets, where every file that has been submitted to BPN will be a priority for completing the certificate.
